What's the ratio between Words and Minutes?
1 minute is 150 script words.
Is that a minute of video/screencast?
No, it’s a minute of audio/Voice Over.
Will the video have the exact same duration of the Voice Over?
The video will have the needed duration to convey the message effectively. Which means the duration of the voice over plus whatever it needs. We just charge you based on how long the script/voice over is.
What's the Format and Language of the Free Subtitles?
It’s an SRT file in the same language of each voice over.

When does the 20% fee for Script writing applies?
When no readable/recordable script is provided. If we only get bullet points from you, there will be the need to turn that into a readable script. Once the script is approved by you, we use the Quote Calculator to estimate the cost and add 20% of the result on top.
What's "Localization at usual rate"?
Let’s say you need the same screencast in a 2nd or 3rd languages and that we already have the original script ready. The translation, voice over and adaptation for the other versions will be charged as usual by quoting each service.

Do I need to pay the package in full?

Yes.

Do you do refunds?
No.
Do these packages have an expiration date?
No. And no preservatives either.
What happens if I need more minutes?
You can buy another package or be charged for the extra minutes at the same rate of your current package.
What happens if I have minutes left?
If you have used up all your recording sessions but not the available minutes, buy any new package and the minutes left will be added up.
What's "Localization at 50%"?

Let’s say you need the same screencast in a 2nd or 3rd languages and that we already have the original script ready. The translation, voice over and adaptation for the other versions will be charged as an extra at 50% of the rate per minute of your package.

Note that in the 90 and 120 minutes packages you have available 2 voice talents, in the same or different languages.
